These terms govern your use of Clusto and any paid purchase. By claiming, buying, or using a license you agree to them.
The free Personal plan grants one user access on up to three devices. Paid Pro and Team subscriptions cover the seats and devices shown for the chosen plan. Paid access lasts through the subscription period and ends when that period expires. Cancel renewal through the billing portal.
Do not resell, share license keys beyond your seat count, or attempt to circumvent activation. Abuse may result in revocation.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund of an unused license, in line with EU consumer rights.
Clusto is provided as is, without warranty. We work hard to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
